World Water Day
Thank You for making waves!
On Thursday, March 16th, 2023, 4th – 8th grade youth and educators are invited to join Drink Local Drink Tap LIVE from anywhere. The on-demand exhibitor library will be available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. The live-streamed main event will run from 10:30 to 11:30 AM EST with the Drink Local Drink Tap team and special guests!
World Water Day is celebrated every year on March 22nd. The United Nations started WWD in 1993, to celebrate water and raise awareness about the 2 billion people living without access to safe water. This day encourages people to learn about the global water crisis and find new ways to help. Each year focuses on a different theme, and this year is Accelerating Change.
