Kyakadoko Primary School (Clean Water)

The Problem

Teachers were crying for water for the students. DLDT’s district leader in Nakasongola, Susan, is now also teaching at this school. The project has a sustainable start and strong roots! Kids were walking far to collect dirty water from swaps and dams and faced many dangers along the way. Many days, they wouldn’t come at all because of water issues. Now with two DLDT latrines and a new clean water source, they can stay in school and be healthier!
