Little Entebee Village (Clean Water, Irrigation & Sanitation)
The Problem
In Little Entebbe, 1,250 people live high up in the beautiful hills of Uganda, but clean water, irrigation for growing food and sanitation (latrines/toilets) were non-existent. As droughts continue in East Africa, having their own groundwater supply and sanitation is critical to survival.
The Solution
Solar pumping sprinkler irrigation for 6 acres of farmland, three village-based clean water taps, and two VIP latrines will serve these people for many years.
